What is the return policy?
You can exchange or return your item within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unworn and in its original condition.
Is there a warranty for my RTM suit?
Yes, of course. We offer a free one-year warranty on all our pieces. If you ever notice a loose seam or a small issue from wear, we’ll carefully repair it for you — with the same attention and care as when your suit was first made.
When will I get my order?
Since we sew each piece to order, production and shipping take about 3–5 business days. We’ll do our best to deliver as soon as possible — feel free to contact us for details.
How should I wash my item?
We don’t require any special washing instructions — just handle your item with care. Turn it inside out before washing, use mild detergent, and wash at up to 30°C on a gentle cycle. Avoid mixing with rough fabrics, Velcro, or items that may catch the seams.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our pieces are carefully handcrafted by skilled seamstresses at our local, authentic production in the Kharkiv region, in eastern Ukraine. Each item is made with care and attention to detail.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping across Ukraine costs around 80 UAH according to Nova Poshta rates. International delivery is calculated individually depending on the country and usually ranges from €15 to €30.
What are the shipping terms?
Once your order is shipped, delivery within Ukraine usually takes 1–2 days. International shipping depends on the destination — typically from 4–5 days up to two weeks.
